Another day, another water delivery company, but the same question… does Alhambra water have fluoride?
And to figure this out, I obtained water quality reports from Alhambra.
Let’s see what’s inside…
Does Alhambra Water Have Fluoride?
According to the water quality report, Alhambra water contains “ND” amounts of fluoride. With the abbreviation “ND” standing for “non-detectable”, which typically means less than 0.10 ppm of fluoride.
This would rank Alhambra water well compared to the 121+ brands at bottled water without fluoride.
And here’s a section of the water report, with fluoride levels circled in red.
Now I’m not surprised, most if not all water delivery companies filter their water using reverse osmosis or distillers, which are very effective in removing fluoride. This is why many of these companies provide fluoride-free water.
Which is unlike natural spring water, that commonly rages any where from 0.0 to 0.2 ppm. Just like Naya which in does Naya water have fluoride– was tested to contain 0.1 ppm of fluoride.
BUT there is one possible issue with Alhambra bottled water.
That issue is that even if a brand is low in fluoride, it doesn’t mean it’s 100% safe to drink.
Now this can be for many reasons but the biggest one is the fact many brands of bottled water are filled with microplastics. Which is not surprisingly, bad for our health.
