The brand I’ve never heard of but let’s ask the question, does Deja Blue water have fluoride?
Now considering the US government is filling our tap water with fluoride, I hope the answer to this question is no, so you can have a safe and fluoride-free alternative to tap water.
And to solve this question, I’ve obtained a water quality report from Deja Blue.
Let me show you what it says.
Does Deja Blue Water Have Fluoride?
According to the water quality report, Deja Blue water contains “ND” amounts of fluoride. With “ND” standing for non-detectable and in this instance, means less than 0.05 ppm of fluoride.
This is great news and would classify Deja Blue as fluoride-free water among the 121+ brands we have at bottled water without fluoride.
Here’s a section of the water report, with fluoride levels circled in red.
Now I’m not surprised Deja Blue has such low fluoride levels. After all, it states on the bottle it’s “purified drinking water” which really means filtered tap water.
And most companies that filter their water using either reverse osmosis or distillers (the two most common filtering methods) are always fluoride-free. Just like another brand sold in the US called Alhambra which in does Alhambra water have fluoride– was also reported to be fluoride-free.
But even if they use the best filters in the world.
There is one issue with bottle water you should be aware of…
That is that even if a brand is low in fluoride, it doesn’t mean it’s 100% safe to drink.
This is usually because of high levels of microplastics but could be for many other reasons.
