Does Flow Water Have Fluoride?
Before we test a sample with a fluoride meter, let’s see what Flow says about their fluoride levels…
According to the label located at the back of a Flow water bottle, Flow water contains 0.112 ppm of naturally occurring fluoride (pictured below).
This would rank it low compared to the list of 121+brands of bottled water without fluoride.
Slightly better than JUST, which is another brand of boxed bottled water who in does JUST water have fluoride – was reported and tested to contain 0.2 ppm of fluoride.
But before we make any assumptions, let’s test a sample…

According to the fluoride meter, Flow water contains 0.2 ppm of fluoride.
Which isn’t bad but I’d say there are better options to choose from.
