Straight from Poland but does Jordanka water have fluoride?
A great question considering the fact my family and many other Polish families, have drank this brand of bottled water for many years.
So to answer this question, I’ll buy a bottle and test it with a fluoride meter.
Does Jordanka Water Have Fluoride?
According to the label located on the side of a Jordanka bottle, Jordanka water should contain 0.1 ppm of fluoride.
Which would rank Jordanka very well among the 121+ brands at bottled water without fluoride.
Better than Naleczowianka, the other Polish brand I tested which contained 0.3 ppm of fluoride.
But before we get ahead of ourselves.
The only way to really know the fluoride levels, is to test it.
And that’s exactly what I did next…
According to the fluoride meter, Jordanka water contains 0.2 ppm of fluoride.
This is much better than tap water (0.6 ppm) but there are many brands that offer lower levels of fluoride, so I’d suggest you go that route.
In fact, if you’re into flavoured sparkling water the brand Bubly is a decent choice, which in does Bubly water have fluoride – was tested to contain 0.0 ppm of fluoride.
However, there is a HUGE issue with bottled water and it has nothing to do with fluoride levels.
The issue is that even if a brand is low in fluoride, it doesn’t mean its 100% safe to drink.
Now this can be for many reason, with the most common one being the fact many brands are high in microplastics. Which is clearly, not good for our health.
