Considering it’s price, let’s hope you get what you pay for.
And to figure out this question, we’ll look at a Mountain Valley water quality report and then confirm or deny it by testing a bottle with a fluoride meter.
Does Mountain Valley Water Have Fluoride?
According to the Mountain Valley water quality report, their water contains 0.1 ppm of fluoride. So yes, Mountain Valley water does have fluoride but 0.1 ppm is a very low and safe amount for consumption.

Just keep in mind, this is natural water so it’s okay for it to contain tiny amounts of fluoride.
In fact, since it’s also sold in glass bottles, Mountain Valley would be one of my personal favorites since the likelihood of ingesting micro plastics is very low (a major issue with typical bottled water).
Obviously 0.0 ppm would be best. But if I were to choose, I’d choose 0.1 ppm of fluoride and a glass bottle instead of 0.0 ppm and a plastic bottle.
But before we get carried away, let’s see the results of the fluoride meter…
According to the fluoride meter, Mountain Valley spring water contains 0.1 ppm of fluoride. Confirming the results found within the Mountain Valley water quality report.
This would rank Mountain Valley extremely well compared to the other 127+ brands at bottled water without fluoride (link to where you can search the fluoride content of 127+ brands)
And just as good as Voss, another premium brand I tested the other day, which in does Voss water have fluoride – also reported to contain 0.1 ppm of fluoride.
So overall, Mountain Valley get’s the pass.
