It feels like half of Canada drinks this brand of bottled water so it’s only fair to ask, does Real Canadian water have fluoride?
A good question, considering fluoride’s health effects on human health.

Does Real Canadian Water Have Fluoride?
According to Real Canadian, their water contains 0.07 ppm of fluoride.
How kind of the Canadians to put it right on the bottle, making my job a lot easier.
Now 0.07 ppm of fluoride is a very low amount.
In fact, this would rank Real Canadian well among the 187+ brands at bottled water without fluoride.
Much better than some premium brands of bottled water like Acqua Panna, which in does Acqua Panna water have fluoride – was tested and found to contain 0.2 ppm of fluoride.
However, just to be certain, let’s conduct our own fluoride tests…
According to the fluoride meter, there is 0.0 ppm of fluoride in a bottle of Real Canadian water.
Which confirms what was labelled on the bottle.
UPDATE: Real Canadian offers two types of bottled water (they look exactly the same) which have two different fluoride levels. One has 0.07 ppm of fluoride (as shown above) but there is another one that contain 0.28 ppm of fluoride. I will update this soon, but until then make sure to look at the label before buying.
