A beautiful crystal clear bottle straight from Italy, but does San Benedetto water have fluoride?
Something we should know, considering all of fluoride’s health effects.
So to figure this out, I decided to grab myself a bottle of San Benedetto and test it with a fluoride meter.
Does San Benedetto Water Have Fluoride?
According to San Benedetto, their water contains less than 0.1 ppm of fluoride.
Which if true, would rank it extremely well among the 187+ brands on our list of bottled water without fluoride.
Now at least San Benedetto had their fluoride levels on the bottle, some brands like 365 from Whole Foods don’t include it at all, as shown in does 365 water have fluoride.
But the only way to truly know how much fluoride is in a bottle of water is to test it yourself.
So that’s exactly what I did…
According to the fluoride meter, San Benedetto contains 0.0 ppm of fluoride.
Confirming the number on the bottle’s label.
But before we celebrate, let me tell you about one HUGE issue surrounding bottled water.
This issue is that even if a brand is low in fluoride, it doesn’t mean it’s 100% safe to drink.
With the biggest issue being the fact many brands of bottled water are filled with microplastics.
