Another popular request, does Sprout’s water have fluoride?
A great question when you consider how popular this store is, how many people drink Sprout’s bottled water and the risks of consuming fluoride.
So let’s jump right to the answer…
Does Sprout’s Water Have Fluoride?
To figure out this question, I’ve bought multiple types of bottled water sold by Sprouts and tested each one with a fluoride meter. This way we’re 100% sure what’s in the bottle.
I’ll also be testing more than what you see in the photo above and only including the photo of one fluoride test, so make sure to see all the updated results below.
Now let’s see what the fluoride meter discovered…
According to the fluoride meter, Sprouts’ water contains anywhere from 0.0 to 0.1 ppm of fluoride. However, these levels can vary based on where the water comes from (the “source”) so make sure to double check your own bottle with the results below.
Overall, this would rank Sprouts well when compared to other brands at bottled water without fluoride (link to where you can search the fluoride content of 127+ brands of bottled water).
But just slightly worse than Aldi’s bottled water, which in does Aldi’s PurAqua water have fluoride – was found to contain 0.0 ppm of fluoride.
However, as mentioned make sure to double check Sprouts’ fluoride levels with the results mentioned below…

I say this because if where the water comes from is different from your bottle, then the fluoride levels may be different as well. Just keep in mind, this does not apply to filtered water since it’ll contain the same fluoride content no matter where it’s sold.
