Does Zephyrhills Water Have Fluoride?

Spring water straight from the sunshine state, but does Zephyrhills water have fluoride?

Now considering how bad Florida tap water is, hopefully Zephyrhills provides us with a fluoride-free and healthy option for drinking water.

And to figure this out, I bought and then tested a bottle with a fluoride meter.

Does Zephyrhills Water Have Fluoride?

Zephyrhills bottled spring water

According to Zephyrhills’ water quality report, their water generally does not have detectable levels of fluoride. As their spring water contains ND-0.11 ppm, distilled water contains “ND” amounts of fluoride, and lastly their sparkling water also contains “ND” amounts.

With “ND” representing a “non-detectable” amount of fluoride, which is under 0.1 ppm.

And here’s their water quality report below, with fluoride levels circled in red.

This would rank Zephyrhills very well among the 178+ brands at bottled water without fluoride.

Which is quite impressive considering many brands have to filter their water to achieve such low levels of fluoride. And then you have brands like Primo, who supposedly filter their water through many steps of filtration but somehow still have 0.6 ppm of fluoride, as shown in does Primo water have fluoride.

But to double check Zephyrhills’ results, I think it’s best to test it for ourselves. So let’s take a look at what the fluoride meter discovered…

According to the fluoride meter, Zephyrhills bottled spring water contains 0.1 ppm of fluoride. Confirming the information found within the water quality report.

But before we celebrate, there’s one HUGE issue when it comes to bottled water…

That issue is that even if a brand is fluoride-free, it doesn’t mean it’s 100% safe to drink.

This could be for many reasons but the largest one is that many brands of bottled water are filled with microplastics. Which typically happens with the cheaper brands (but not all of them).

So to help you out, I’ve put together a list of brands that are safe and healthy to drink.
